SMT-PX-2500C is improved style based on SMT-PX-2500B, this style include PLC size control system and automatic spot welding; SS hoop forming parts for option.

Gasket thickness 4.5mm (also suitable for 3.2mm, 6.4mm and 7.2mm after changing roller parts, V shape winding or W shape winding)

This is our new design style automatic winding machine for SWG. Producing range diameter 25-500mm.
Both Manual and Automatic mode.
Can use both pre-formed SS strip in pancake or 20-25kgs spool of flat strip. Standard package including models for 1"-10" 150# SWG with or without inner ring.

SMT-5213 style is used to make Kammprofile gasket in a very fast and convenient way.

SMT-5210 Slitting machine is used to slit spiral wound gasket hoop (Stainless steel strip) in flat shape. The widest SS before slitting is 120mm, thickness 0.1-0.3mm, slitting size 3.6 4.8 5.0 8.0 10.0MM width for option.
One machine can produce more than 1000kgs of strip per day.
