Metal double jacketed gasket Details

SMT-220 Series Metal jacketed gaskets are made of a metallic jacket with a soft filler inside. They’re particularly suitalbe for sealing flat surfaces of heat exchangers, gas pipes, cast iron flanges, autoclaves and similar.

By their sealing efficiently, metal jacketed gaskets can stand up to 30% deviation from the initial thickness by exerting strong pressure on circular rims of the flanges. It's very useful in case of irregular or faulty flange rims.

Metal material 0.4mm thickness:

Soft iron, SS304, SS321, SS316, Carbon steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminium,

other material on request.

Filler material :

Flexible graphite, Asbestos, Non- asbestos and Ceramic.

Dimensions standard:

ANSI B16.21, ANSI B16.5, and EN1514-4.

and other size as per clients' request.
